This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application “Waterdrop Filter”
(Google Play package name: com.eco.waterdrop), published on Google Play by
ECOLIFE INTERNATIONAL, INC (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Policy explains how ECOLIFE INTERNATIONAL, INC collects, uses, stores,
and discloses information when you use Waterdrop Filter.

1. Who We Are
Waterdrop Filter is provided by ECOLIFE INTERNATIONAL, INC. This Policy
covers only the Waterdrop Filter app (com.eco.waterdrop) listed on Google
Play under the developer name ECOLIFE INTERNATIONAL, INC.
2. Information We Collect
Waterdrop Filter does not require you to create an account, and we do not
collect your name, email address, phone number, precise GPS location,
photos, contacts, or payment information.
If you use the water-quality or water-hardness lookup features, you may
voluntarily enter a U.S. ZIP Code. We process that ZIP Code solely to
return public water-quality and water-hardness information for the
corresponding area.
We may also automatically receive limited technical information needed to
operate the app, such as:
- device type and operating system version
- app version
- IP address and approximate network information
- request time and basic server logs generated when the app calls our
servers
We store limited local preferences on your device (for example, whether
you have opened the app before). These preferences stay on the device and
are not used to identify you.
3. How We Use Information
ECOLIFE INTERNATIONAL, INC uses the information described above only to:
- provide ZIP Code based water-quality and water-hardness results in
Waterdrop Filter
- operate, maintain, and improve the app
- diagnose errors and keep the service secure
- respond to support inquiries you send to us
We do not sell personal information. We do not use the information to
serve personalized advertising. We do not use the information for
creditworthiness, lending, or other unrelated purposes.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
We may disclose information only in these cases:
- to our first-party servers and service providers that host and operate
Waterdrop Filter, solely to provide the features you request
- if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or
property of ECOLIFE INTERNATIONAL, INC or others
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar corporate
transaction, in which case the successor would be required to honor this

If you tap certain links in the app, you may leave Waterdrop Filter and
visit third-party websites or other apps (for example, water-quality
source pages, our website, or our related Water Assist app). Those
third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies.
5. Data Retention
ZIP Codes and related technical logs are retained only as long as needed
to provide the requested results, operate the service, and meet legal
requirements. We do not build a user profile from this information.
Local preferences remain on your device until you clear the app data or
uninstall Waterdrop Filter.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures
to protect information processed by Waterdrop Filter. No method of
transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee
absolute security.
7. Children
Waterdrop Filter is not directed to children under 13, and we do not
knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you
believe a child has provided information to us, contact
develop@ecolifeglobal.cn and we will delete it.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You can use Waterdrop Filter without entering a ZIP Code. If you do not
want us to process a ZIP Code, do not submit one.
Because Waterdrop Filter does not create user accounts, there is no
in-app account to delete. To request deletion of any information that may
be associated with a support email or ZIP Code inquiry, contact
develop@ecolifeglobal.cn. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct,
or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. To
exercise these rights, email develop@ecolifeglobal.cn.
9. International Processing
ECOLIFE INTERNATIONAL, INC is based in the United States. Information
processed through Waterdrop Filter may be stored or processed in the
United States or other locations where we or our service providers
operate.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version
will be posted at this URL, and the “Last Updated” date will change. If
changes are material, we will provide additional notice as required by
law. Continued use of Waterdrop Filter after an update means you
acknowledge the revised Policy.
